  *General Manager- India Operations (1 position, New Delhi)  
     
  Description:  
 
Legal2Legal wishes to recruit one General Manager whose responsibilities shall include all htmects of developing, running and supervising all day to day operations in the New Delhi office. This includes recruitment and retention of highly qualified employees, implementation of on-going training and quality control programs, administration, oversight and expansion of office services, and constant counseling with U.S. operations and clients.
Strategic responsibilities:
 
 
  • Recruit and retain highly qualified employees.
  • Implementation of effective on-going training and quality control programs.
  • Supervise office administration.
  • Perform forecasts and track & manage activity level,
  • Provide strategic guidance on company operations and expansion opportunities.
  • Knowledge of local rules and regulations and their compliance.
  • Work with U.S. operations to carry out business goals and objectives.
 
     
  Qualifications:  
 
  • M.B.A. degree from a top tier business school. (High ranking IIM graduates preferred)
  • 4+ years experience running BPO operations, 2+ years of which involve running legal process outsourcing operations.
  • Experience in managing all htmects of day to day operations for a BPO/LPO.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for a BPO/LPO.
  • Ability in multitasking projects with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Sincere desire and strategic vision to build a world-class LPO operation
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to the U.S.
 
     
  Litigation Support Professional (3 positions, New Delhi)  
  Description:  
 
Legal2Legal wishes to recruit a Litigation Support Professional who shall be responsible for all htmects of litigation support including, document review and indexing, letter drafting, case management, coding of technical information, e-discovery and database management.
 
     
  Strategic responsibilities:  
 
  • Conduct research using on-line databases.
  • Draft letters, memorandums and agreements after conferring with clients.
  • Review documents to identify confidential and/or privileged information.
  • Index documents.
  • Code technical documents based on criteria selected by client.
  • Respond to client questions regarding litigation support services.
  • Maintain and update litigation docketing system to monitor due dates for various cases.
  • Develop internal policies, guidelines, manuals and materials on litigation support services.
  • Supervise and train junior Litigation Support Professionals.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of seminars.
 
     
  Qualifications:  
 
  • LL.B./LL.M.
  • Significant legal experience in private practice or LPO preferred.
  • Knowledge of litigation support services highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology used for scanning, bates stamping, coding, indexing and/or e-discovery preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability in multitasking projects with rapidly changing priorities.
 
     
  Marketing Support Professional (3 positions, New Delhi)  
  Description:  
 
Legal2Legal wishes to recruit a Marketing Support Professional who shall be responsible for all htmects of marketing our comprehensive bouquet of legal services including but not limited to Trademarks, Patents, Contracts, Research, Litigation Support, etc.
 
     
  Strategic responsibilities:  
 
  • Preparation of marketing and sales presentations with the effective usage of latest technology
  • Evolving of marketing strategies for effective sales.
  • Meeting prospective clients and making effectual presentations.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with prospective clients and responding to their queries.
  • Attending seminars and conferences, representing the company and scouting for new clients and fresh business.
  • Develop internal policies, guidelines, manuals and materials on marketing strategies.
  • Supervise and train junior Marketing Support Professionals.
